What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong movements synchronise breath with gentle, rhythmic motion. Derived from Tai Chi, it is designed to improve the flow of 'Qi' (vital energy) and release physical tension.
Unlike traditional exercise, Qi Gong focuses on 'effortless effort'. It is a deeply restorative practice that soothes the nervous system, making it an ideal path for those seeking inner quiet and mental clarity.
